We call this item a "necklace" because it does in fact go around your "neck" - and it IS really eye catching and dazzling. However, it's not exactly a piece of fine jewelry. It is a clear hollow vinyl tube, with 6 LED lights inside and controlled by a chip that makes the lights flash and chase in different directions all at the push of a button!
It's very cool! But it's not "jewelry." We DO have light up BEADED necklaces that look like a real jewelry necklace. But this is a little bit different. The clear hollow "tube" that makes up the body of this necklace IS somewhat flexible and bendable, so you CAN shape it to look more like a traditional necklace - just squeeze it enough times into the shape you want.
